    Delivery Policy

    At FOOT FACTORY, every order is handled with care to ensure the best possible experience.
    This shipping policy describes the delivery times, methods, and conditions applicable to orders placed on the website www.foot-factory.com .

    1. Processing and delivery times

    1.1 Order Processing
    The products offered on the site are prepared and, where applicable, personalized upon request.
    A processing time of up to five (5) business days is required before shipment.

    1.2 Shipping
    Once the order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately ten (10) business days, depending on the destination.

    1.3 Estimated total time
    The total delivery time is estimated at approximately fifteen (15) working days from the date of order.

    1.4 Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

    1.5 Minor delays may exceptionally occur. An order placed two (2) to three (3) weeks ago is therefore considered to be within a normal delivery timeframe.

    1.6 If an order exceeds four (4) weeks without information or update, the customer is invited to contact customer service.

    2. Delivery Zones

    2.1 FOOT FACTORY delivers in France as well as in several countries internationally.

    2.2 If a country is not available at checkout, the customer can contact customer service to check the feasibility of delivery.

    3. Order tracking

    3.1 As soon as the order is shipped, an email containing a tracking number is sent to the customer.

    3.2 Tracking may not update immediately. In some cases, tracking only becomes visible after the package arrives in the destination country. Approximately twelve (12) business days may be required before the first update.

    4. Possible delays

    4.1 Delivery delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, including:

    • customs controls,

    • periods of high activity,

    • strikes,

    • weather conditions,

    • logistical constraints of carriers.

    4.2 FOOT FACTORY cannot be held responsible for these delays, but remains available for any information request.

    5. Theft, customs refusal or loss of parcel

    5.1 Exceptional incidents may occur, such as the theft of parcels or refusal by customs authorities.

    5.2 Once the package has been taken into the care of the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for it.
    In case of loss or theft, the customer must take the necessary steps with the carrier concerned.

    6. Incorrect address or unclaimed package

    6.1 It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided when placing the order.

    6.2 In the event of the return of the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address or an unclaimed package, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
