What is the delivery time?

Order processing within 72 hours, then delivery within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships.

How can I track my package?

The tracking number is sent to you by email upon dispatch. It becomes active within 48 to 72 hours, once the carrier scans the package. If nothing changes after this time, please write to us with your order number.

Can I modify my order or my flocking?

Yes, as long as the order has not gone into production. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, the desired size or flocking, and the delivery address if it changes.

How do I leave a review?

Select the "Leave a review" option opposite and tell us about your experience. If you want to attach a photo of your swimsuit, send your message first: you can attach it in response to our email.

How to return or get a refund?

You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of a return. The jersey must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. We will send you instructions, and the refund will be processed upon receipt of the package.
