Football Jackets: Training and Presentation

Before kick-off and during warm-up, players wear a jacket in their club's colours. Two families of jackets coexist in this selection, with quite different uses once the garment leaves the stadium.

Training Jacket or Presentation Jacket?

• The training jacket, often fully zipped, is used for training sessions and is easily worn daily
• The presentation jacket, or anthem jacket, is the one worn before matches, generally more graphically elaborate
• Some models are windproof and slightly water-repellent, useful in open stands
• High collar and zipped pockets are the most common finishes

What size to choose?

A jacket is worn over a jersey, sometimes over a sweatshirt. Take one size up from your jersey size if you plan to layer, otherwise your usual size will do.
